Public Swastha Mitra Medicine Council is duly registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 with the Office of the Registrar of Trusts, Government of West Bengal, ensuring our legal foundation and authenticity as a healthcare-focused organization.

•        Registered under the NGO Darpan (NITI Aayog, Government of India)

•        Registered under the UDYAM ( Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India).

•        Provisional registered under the 12A & 80G Provisional Registration from the Income Tax Department, Government of India.

•        All activities are conducted in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Government of India.

Recognition & Activities

•        We have already initiated health education and training courses in collaboration with various institutions.

•        We have submitted our application under the ABDM managed by the National Health Authority (NHA), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, for registration as a Health Facility Partner (currently under process).

•        Our organization is committed to implementing Government Health Projects in the future whenever allocated.

•        We remain fully dedicated to supporting and collaborating in all types of government health-related initiatives.
